We are seeking a Senior Technical Enablement Consultant to design and deliver world‑class technical training programs for Flexera customers, partners, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning technology and creating impactful enablement content that drives adoption and success.

What You’ll Do
  • Master Flexera Solutions:
    Quickly develop deep expertise in Flexera’s product portfolio, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions.
  • Create Engaging Content:
    Design and develop technical training materials—eLearning modules, instructor‑led courses, videos, and hands‑on labs—for operators and administrators.
  • Deliver Enablement Programs:
    Facilitate virtual and in‑person workshops, webinars, and bootcamps for global audiences.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Partner with Product Management, Professional Services, Customer and Partner Enablement to ensure training aligns with product updates and customer needs.
  • Maintain Learning Resources:
    Keep Flexera Learning Center content accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Drive Adoption:
    Support strategic initiatives, ensuring best practices are communicated effectively.
What We’re Looking For
  • Ability to learn complex technical solutions quickly.
  • Proven experience creating technical training content (eLearning, instructor‑led, video).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Flexera products and solutions.
  • Background in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software License Management (SLM), Finops or related domains.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Experience delivering enablement programs to global audiences.
