Oracle HCM Senior Manager

This is a genuine leadership role for an Oracle Cloud HCM specialist who wants to operate at the sharp end of large-scale transformation.

This role suits someone who can walk into complex client environments and immediately command trust: commercially, functionally, and technically.

• Leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM engagements across enterprise clients
• Owning solution design and architecture, translating business need into scalable HCM solutions
• Acting as a senior client advisor — from early discovery through delivery
• Playing a visible role in pre-sales
  , proposals, and bid shaping
• Helping to grow and mature the Oracle HCM practice (capability, people, and proposition)

• Deep expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR and one or more specialist pillars)
• Proven experience at Senior Manager / Lead level within a consultancy
• Comfortable operating across delivery, design, and commercial conversations
• Someone who can hit the ground running and operate with autonomy
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and a track record of leading teams

• High-profile Oracle HCM programmes with real scale and complexity
• A seat at the table in shaping practice direction and growth
• Strong backing, investment, and clear progression beyond Senior Manager
• Flexible UK-wide working with hybrid client engagement

Up to £120,000 base
, £6,000 car allowance
, 10% bonus
