About UsAuDHD Psychiatry is a fast-growing online ADHD & Autism clinic offering assessments, medication management, and coaching. We’re building high-converting landing pages for our paid ads and SEO campaigns, and we’re looking for a Conversion-Focused Landing Page Designer who can turn our copy into beautiful, high-performing designs. You’ll collaborate closely with our copywriter and marketing lead to create pages that inspire trust, communicate clarity, and convert visitors into clients.
AboutThe Role
You’ll design landing pages that combine excellent visual UX with proven CRO principles
. You’ll translate copy and structure outlines into professional, responsive page designs that balance clarity, trust, and simplicity. Beyond the initial page, you’ll also support A/B testing and future iterations
, helping us optimise performance over time.
- Design high-converting landing pages (Figma preferred; Unbounce or Webflow optional).
- Translate approved copy and structure into polished layouts optimised for clarity and flow.
- Apply CRO design principles: white space, hierarchy, proof, and intuitive CTA placement.
- Ensure healthcare-appropriate visual tone (clean, calm, professional).
- Create alternate design variations for A/B testing.
- Deliver assets ready for developer handoff or export to our page builder.
- Participate in feedback and refinement based on test data.
- 3+ years’ experience in UX/UI or landing page design.
- Proven track record designing pages that improve conversion rates.
- Portfolio with service-based or healthcare landing pages (must include examples).
- Fluent in Figma, Unbounce, or Webflow (bonus if experienced with Word Press/Gutenberg).
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, CRO layout patterns, and mobile responsiveness.
- Excellent English and ability to collaborate async with copywriters/strategists.
- Understanding of ethical and compliant design for healthcare services.
- Experience running or designing for A/B tests.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4) or interpreting test results.
- Note:
This is a project-based role — $300-400 per full landing page design (desktop + mobile), with additional A/B variations at $100–$200 each. - Timeline: 10–14 days per page (includes revisions).
- Deliverables:
- Fully designed landing page (desktop + mobile).
- Exported assets / developer-ready files.
- Alternate variation (optional for testing).

- Your portfolio (must include at least 2–3 landing pages — service or healthcare preferred).
- A short note describing:
- Your design process for CRO-focused pages.
- A project where your design improved conversions (with results if available).
- A 2-minute video (Loom or similar) where you:

- Describe what design direction or layout you’d take for our ADHD assessment landing page.
- Suggest what visual hierarchy, style, or elements you’d use to improve trust and conversions.
- Your availability and preferred tools (Figma, Unbounce, Word Press, etc.).
