Looking for a Senior Client and Cloud Engineer/Administrator to work as part of the End User Computing team.

About the Role

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client and Cloud

Engineer/Administrator to join our enterprise IT team. This role is ideal for a seasoned

professional with a strong background in client engineering and cloud administration,

particularly within large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a

passion for automation, endpoint management, and cloud-first strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint solutions using Microsoft

Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM.

• Develop and maintain task sequences, application packaging, and deployment

strategies for Windows 10/11, including LTSC versions.

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.

• Create and manage Power Shell scripts for automation, configuration, and reporting.

• Configure and enforce Intune Compliance and Configuration Policies.

• Manage software updates and patching using Patch

MyPC and other tools.

• Oversee certificate management and ensure secure endpoint communication.

• Support and integrate Apple Business Manager for macOS/iOS device management.

• Collaborate on AWS VDI infrastructure and support virtual desktop environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client and cloud infrastructure issues.

• Document processes, configurations, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Client Engineer in an enterprise environment.

• Proven expertise with:o Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Power Shell

o Windows 10/11 (including LTSC)

o Application packaging and deployment

o Active Directory, Group Policy

• Familiarity with:

o Certificate management

o Apple Business Manager

o AWS VDI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hybrid cloud environments.

• Exposure to Zero Trust security models and endpoint analytics.
