🔐 Cyber Resilience Senior Manager / Director
Location: UK (Hybrid)
Are you a senior cyber security leader passionate about helping organisations prepare for, respond to, and recover from major cyber incidents?
A leading consulting and technology services firm is seeking a Cyber Resilience Senior Manager / Director to join its growing advisory practice, working with large enterprise and financial services clients on high-impact resilience and security transformation programmes.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business influence.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing- Lead cyber resilience and cyber security programmes for enterprise and regulated clients
- Design and deliver strategies covering incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management
- Advise organisations on strengthening operational resilience and meeting regulatory expectations
- Partner with CIOs, CISOs and senior stakeholders to translate cyber risk into practical business solutions
- Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across complex transformation initiatives
- Contribute to thought leadership, propositions and business growth in cyber resilience
- Senior experience in cyber security or cyber resilience within consulting or large enterprise environments
- Strong background in operational resilience, incident response or security transformation
- Management consultancy experience
- Experience working with financial services or other highly regulated sectors
- Comfortable engaging at C‑suite and executive level
- Proven leadership of teams and complex client engagements
- Commercial mindset with exposure to proposals and client development
- Recent background in major consultancies
- Experience across cloud, infrastructure, security operations and enterprise technology
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO
27001 or similar) - Thought leadership or industry engagement in cyber security / resilience
- Work on critical cyber resilience challenges for major organisations
- High-impact leadership role within a growing consulting practice
