Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Legal Technical Administrator. The role:

* Support and manage legal innovation projects from scoping to completion.

* Assist with project management, testing, and evaluation of new tools and initiatives.

* Act as a subject matter expert for key legal tech tools, providing guidance on use cases and best practices.

* Help develop user-friendly guides, training materials, and deliver training sessions.

* Track usage data, gather feedback, and support the rollout of legal tech tools and pilot programmes.

* Assist with process efficiency initiatives, including preparing documentation, process maps, and toolkits.

* Attend project meetings and contribute to the design and implementation of improved workflows.

* Promote Smarter Working across the firm, encouraging adoption of new tools and ways of working.

* Generate ideas for continuous improvement and innovation, helping to shape the firm’s future.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who:

* Is a law graduate or legal paralegal with experience in a law firm.

* Has a strong interest in legal technology, AI, and emerging tools to improve legal practice.

* Brings a proactive, “can-do” attitude to problem-solving and process improvement.

* Has excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to work.

* Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Has good organisational and project management skills, able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

* Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapts quickly to change.
