Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a tech‑savvy and polished AV Team Leader, based in the corporate offices of a world renown bank.

As a vital part of the wider FOH team, the AV team ensures the smooth running of day‑to‑day operation delivery, keeping all AV equipment in working order and focusing on delivering and supporting events in the client’s purpose‑built Business School Auditorium, as well as four large event spaces/meeting rooms in our main building.

The AV Team Leader will lead, develop and coordinate a team of two AV Technicians whose work ranges from small meeting room support for Zoom calls to leading larger events in the business school. The role involves serving as the AV Lead, meeting with clients to understand their requirements, and ensuring events/meetings run smoothly from the AV side.

You will mix a passion for technology with a passion for people to provide AV & logistical support to the business, maintaining a five‑star service standard throughout.

Hours:

40 hours per week, shifts from Mon‑Fri Salary: £36,000

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be customer‑focused, with previous experience leading a small team. Knowledge of audio‑visual equipment and services is essential, preferably in a corporate setting. Experience in a five‑star customer service environment will give you a head start.
