Day Rate: Market Rate (Outside IR35)
Role OverviewThe Design Assurance Lead (Data Architecture) ensures design quality, consistency, and alignment across the programme, with a focus on data architecture and solution integrity.
Initial Focus (First 3 Months)- Establish design assurance framework, standards, and governance
- Review and baseline HLDs and initial design artefacts
- Identify design risks, gaps, and cross-domain dependencies
- Ensure traceability from requirements through to design outputs
- Align architects to consistent assurance practices
- Lead design assurance across domains and data architecture
- Ensure alignment to HLD, strategy, and architecture standards
- Identify and manage design risks and dependencies
- Maintain design traceability and governance
- Support cross-domain design decisions and trade-offs
