Stretch Sense is a pioneering tech scale‑up in motion intelligence, known for the premier hand tracking and motion capture solution, now redefining XR training & robotics with the Stretch Sense Reality XR Glove.

Picture yourself building and owning product portfolios in a scale‑up environment, focusing on wearable technology that integrates both software and hardware.

• Build out a portfolio of use cases, working on user stories and journeys.
• Own and improve processes, expanding foundations to standardise product and ways of working within an established structure.
• Quantify and qualify product market analysis: defining the target audience, market needs, opportunity size and drivers of purchasing decisions.
• Work at pace with a small, agile team, contributing to the product roadmap.

• 2–5 years of experience in a product‑focused role, or similar.
• Demonstrable knowledge of product‑management fundamentals such as UX/UI, user journey/person mapping and user testing.
• Experience working in wearable technology, managing product across both software and hardware components.
• Knowledge of robotics or XR is highly beneficial.
• History of working in a tech firm, ideally a start‑up, scale‑up or SME.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing with the business.

£60,000 – £70,000 base salary, hybrid Edinburgh location, and a unique opportunity to shape an emerging global market.
