Seeking experienced Data Analysts from a banking / financial services background to support major transformation and data initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable operating between business and technology teams
, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
- 5–10 years’ experience in Data Analysis / Data-focused roles
- Background within financial services (ideally banking)
Strong experience in:
- Data requirements gathering and definition
- Translating business needs into technical solutions
- Working with multiple data sources and data flows
- Building dashboards and reporting outputs
- Proven ability to engage with both technical teams (developers/engineers) and business stakeholders
Experience with:
- Data analysis, manipulation, and transformation
- Data mining and reporting tools
- Exposure to technology solution design
- Understanding of data integration into existing systems (“data refineries”)
- Awareness or experience of AI use cases / data-driven innovation
