You will be joining 2i's newly established Data Systems & MI function, acting as a Partner in an exciting new role, supporting our Revenue team, reporting to the Data Systems & MI Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is central to how 2i operates and grows, working across systems administration, data architecture, and analytics to support the business in making better, faster decisions.

You will support the administration and improvement of 2i's core enterprise systems, acting as our subject matter expert on Salesforce, with a remit to assist in maintaining systems and data architecture, and contribute to the development and delivery of reports and dashboards that give the business clear visibility of its performance.

You will play an important supporting role across the function, working closely with the Revenue team, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and help turn data into insight.

• Supporting the Salesforce–Net Suite integration to ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Identifying opportunities and driving efficiencies in how the Sales teams interact with and utilise Salesforce day‑to‑day
• Organising and maintaining the Sales teams SharePoint folder structure to ensure documentation is accessible and well‑managed
• Support the day‑to‑day administration of 2i's core enterprise systems, including Salesforce and Net Suite
• Assist with user access management, system configuration, and change documentation
• Help triage and resolve system issues, escalating where appropriate
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and change enablement activities
• Support the identification and implementation of system improvements
• Assist in maintaining up‑to‑date documentation of 2i's systems landscape, integrations, and data flows
• Support the design and delivery of system integrations and data architecture improvements
• Help assess the impact of changes to platforms and data pipelines

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using 2i's data and analytics tools
• Perform analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support revenue, operational and strategic decisions
• Validate data and help ensure consistent definitions and standards are applied across reporting
• Provide ad hoc data and analytics support to internal stakeholders across the business
• Support the rollout and adoption of self‑service reporting tools and dashboards

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Revenue, Data Systems & MI team, and wider Operations function
• Support the Data Systems & MI Manager in delivering the team's roadmap and priorities
• Maintain clear documentation of work completed and changes made

• Experience working with enterprise systems, Salesforce (preferred) and Net Suite
