ERP & CRM Support Engineer (Level
2) - +/-£35,000 - Hybrid, Edinburgh min. 1 day per month

We’re hiring a ERP & CRM Support Engineer to join a growing data function in a business where technology and insight drive decision-making.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and stakeholders-turning information into meaningful insight.
Responsibilities- Support administration and improvement of core business systems (ERP & CRM)
- Assist with systems integrations and data flows
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs
- Analyse data to identify trends and business insights
- Collaborate with teams across the business to support decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvements in systems and processes
- Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g. Net Suite, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Power BI or similar
- Understanding of data, reporting or system integrations
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Excellent development opportunity within a growing function
