Itworksmitec is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale IFS Cloud implementation. The successful candidate will drive engagement, communication, and training throughout the transformation programme.
This role involves leading change management activities, developing strategies, and ensuring successful user adoption across the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience in ERP or digital transformation programmes and excellent stakeholder management skills.
The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive day rate for a contract of 6 to 12 months.
