Applications Analyst​/Administrator

Our client, a prominent player in the technology/recruitment industry, is inviting applications for a permanent position in IT Support. Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components Managing and monitoring network systems to ensure optimal performance Assisting with system upgrades and patches Maintaining accurate documentation of procedures and technical support activities Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless IT operations Offering training and guidance to users on IT systems and best practices Participating in IT projects and contributing to their successful delivery

Job Requirements (desirable):
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role Power Apps experience (Power BI, Power Automate) Azure experience Entra  SharePoint experience Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and relevant software Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A keen interest in staying updated with the latest technology trends Relevant IT qualifications or certifications preferred Benefits:
