Location: City of Edinburgh

Abacus is looking for an Enterprise Service Desk Team Lead based in Edinburgh. This role involves ensuring effective ticket resolution and providing technical escalation support, while overseeing the performance of Tier 1 and 2 teams.

You will also be responsible for training and mentoring Service Desk Analysts, monitoring SLAs, and driving the resolution of client requests. Applicants should possess solid experience with IT infrastructure and possess strong communication skills.
