Senior Digital Project Manager 8-Month Contract Edinburgh - Hybrid £550 p/d Inside

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of digital, data and technology initiatives within a public sector organisation.

You will oversee multiple work streams including End User Computing (EUC), Cloud, Data & Analytics, Finance Systems, and HR Systems
, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to implementation.

This role requires a hands‑on, pragmatic and delivery‑focused Project Manager with a strong track record of leading complex technology change in structured, non‑agile environments.

• Lead the delivery of multiple digital and technology projects.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and governance.
• Coordinate technical and business teams across several work streams.
• Engage senior stakeholders and third‑party suppliers.
• Drive delivery, issue resolution and business readiness activities.
• Provide clear reporting and assurance to programme leadership.

• Proven experience delivering complex digital, data and technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent work streams.
• Knowledge of cloud, EUC, data, finance or HR system transformation projects.
• Ability to operate effectively within public sector or similarly complex environments.
• PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM or equivalent qualification desirable.
