Barclays is seeking a Technology Resilience Lead within the Tesco Resilience team to drive resilience controls, embed resilience-by-design, and partner with change and architecture to bake resilience into initiatives from the outset.
You will lead cross-functional groups, oversee recovery, testing, and regulatory compliance, and report to executive forums with clear scorecards, helping protect Important Business Services during severe but plausible scenarios.
