Salary: £33,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements- Previous experience in a PMO, Project Support or Project Coordinator role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities across projects or programmes.
- Understanding of information governance and data management requirements.
- Ability to work proactively, independently and at pace.
- Provide day-to-day PMO and project administration support.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation and manage project data.
- Support reporting, governance activities, risks, issues and action tracking.
- Assist with communications and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with information management and data protection procedures.
- Build effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Analyst for a 7-month contract, inside IR35, working on a hybrid basis in Edinburgh. We will provide PMO and project support to one of our public sector clients through Harvey Nash.
