Location: City of Edinburgh
NHS Scotland is seeking a fixed term 12‑month IT support professional to join the service desk. You will provide frontline help to users across NHS Lothian, respond to a range of requests, and escalate issues as needed while delivering reliable desktop and software support.
You will install, configure, maintain and repair desktop systems and peripherals, and offer practical advice and training to users on how to use computer systems effectively.
