Order Management Solutions Analyst

About the Role

This role can be based in any country that Domino has an entity, including the UK, Spain, Mexico, India and Benelux.

We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management Analyst to support our use of Oracle Fusion Cloud Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimising the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

As a go-to expert in O2C you ensure that our order fulfilment process is efficient, accurate, and fully leverages best practices within the Oracle Cloud environment.

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Order Management, including OM Configurators.
• Optimise Order-to-Cash processes in partnership with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Provide functional support for Order Entry, Pricing, and Fulfilment teams.
• Design and support Oracle Fusion Subscription Management and related asset processes.
• Lead upgrades, patching, and system performance improvements.
• Act as the SME for Order Management, providing mentoring and user training.
• Support alignment across Oracle Fusion Order Management, Finance, and EPM Cloud.
• Collaborate on integrations with Inventory, WMS, Accounts Receivable, and third-party systems.
• Support testing, system enhancements, and project delivery.

• Experience supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Order Management, with knowledge of Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash processes being advantageous.
• Proven track record of delivering process improvements within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience engaging and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, from business leaders to technical specialists.

• Oracle Cloud certification in Order Management.
• Experience with Oracle Supply Chain and/or Finance modules.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience using OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
