Moneyfarm is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst for the L2 support structure on a fixed-term basis. You will investigate and resolve technical escalations from our CSR team and handle complex internal requests, with a focus on platform stability and customer experience.
You will leverage AI-assisted tooling for log analysis and documentation, and contribute to improving incident workflows. Hybrid work requires at least 2 days in-office per week in Milan or Cagliari.
