Location: City of Edinburgh
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an IT Service Desk professional in Edinburgh to provide frontline support for colleagues. You will handle incidents and requests, troubleshoot Windows and Office 365 issues, and assist users both in the office and remotely.
The role offers a hybrid pattern with at least 2 days in the Edinburgh office, 35 hours per week, and 1 Saturday every 5 weeks. Comprehensive training, weekly pay, benefits, and pension are provided.
