It’s an energising role, in which you’ll have plenty of opportunities to lead the delivery of transformational work streams, projects, and programmes, and support the wider team with your knowledge and experience. This role offers flexibility to lead on work streams, projects, and programmes, keeping your Agile delivery and Service Now skills current. We’ll support you in developing your Service Now, consultancy, and analytical skills – along with relationships that help shape your career.
Key Responsibilities
Here, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients, each with their own backgrounds, strengths, and ambitions where we transform IT, HR, Customer Service, Cyber, Risk, GBS, or other capabilities through the Service Now platform. As a Manager, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve business results through delivery of Service Now engagements. You will manage on-site and remote teams to deliver insightful solutions, balance priorities whilst ensuring on-time and on-budget engagements.
- Be empowered to lead a range of initiatives, projects, and programmes to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers through the Service Now platform.
- Lead the shaping, delivery, and financial aspects of these engagements to time and budget using Agile or other delivery methodologies.
- Work with on-site and remote client and EY teams from around the world.
- Lead aspects (e.g., comms/training/solutions) of the overall development to deliver value and successful outcomes to our customers.
- Facilitate workshops and 1-2-1 sessions using the platform to understand client challenges and demonstrate the potential solutions and outcomes.
- Contribute technically and functionally to solutions and sales.
- Set up and lead ways of working to ensure the engagement is delivered in a fun, inclusive, positive, and energetic way.
- Meet and manage deadlines individually, as part of and/or as the leader of a team.
- Build effective relationships with clients; using your expertise to positively impact engagements and stakeholders.
- Experience of building delivery plans (time, resources, and dependencies) and proposals to solve internal or client challenges.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and good practice development, working with the UK, EMEA, and Global teams.
- Coach and develop others, acting as a positive role model for our people and clients.
