Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.##
** What you’ll do
** As an Engineering Lead you will be working in a team of like-minded and highly skilled Network Engineers, the primary focus for this role is delivery of reliable LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions using a wide range of products from data vendors including:
Cisco and Vodafone for one of Vodafone’s largest Enterprise and Global customers.
* Pre-Sales:
Support solution design, scoping, and pricing to deliver competitive customer proposals.
* Solution Design:
Develop, document, and gain approval for network solutions aligned to standards and security requirements.
* Implementation:
Deliver network installations to agreed engineering standards, ensuring successful change management, SLA achievement, and budget compliance.
* Service Handover:
Complete Acceptance into Live Service (AILS), provide support documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Continuous Improvement:
Maintain process documentation and embed best practices following the introduction of new technologies.##
** Who you are
*** Proficient experience designing, configuring and implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions within enterprise environments.
* Strong hands-on expertise across Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, UCS, F5 BIG-IP and Cisco ISE technologies.
* Solid understanding of routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Visio.
* Self-motivated team player with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
