Infrastructure Engineer

As part of a growing engineering function, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering infrastructure products that enable teams to build, deploy, and operate services securely and efficiently.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale cloud platforms, influence engineering best practices, and help shape the future of infrastructure delivery within a highly regulated and technology-driven environment.

• Designing and engineering self‑service infrastructure products and platforms
• Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform
• Developing automation solutions using Python and/or Shell scripting
• Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and improving deployment automation
• Supporting AWS‑hosted platforms and cloud‑native services
• Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver resilient, secure, and observable infrastructure
• Driving operational excellence through monitoring, observability, and SRE principles
• Working closely with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and future enhancements
• Providing technical leadership and sharing engineering best practices across teams

We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience across:

• AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab experience highly desirable)
• Automation scripting using Python or Shell
• Observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and Mimir
• Agile delivery environments
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

You'll ideally have around 5+ years of infrastructure, cloud, Dev Ops, platform engineering, or SRE experience.
