Location: City of Edinburgh
AND Digital Limited is looking for a Technical Ops Lead to define and run the technology operations function, with travel to Edinburgh as needed. You will partner with engineering, product, and security to implement lightweight, value-driven practices and enable rapid delivery.
You will drive change enablement, CI/CD, and incident management while tracking DORA metrics and SRE indicators. You will foster blameless learning and ensure clear ownership across groups.
