The IT Service Desk Engineer at Theory provides 1st and 2nd line support across HQ, stores, eCommerce, and distribution centers, triaging incidents and requests to keep operations running smoothly during trading hours and peak events.
You will support end-user devices, POS and back-office systems, and manage identity and access with Entra /Azure AD and MFA. Remote fixes and vendor coordination are also part of the role.
