Key Responsibilities
* Deliver third-line technical support and proactive maintenance for client Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

* Automate system administration and monitoring tasks using Power Shell scripting and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
* Manage and strengthen cloud security posture, applying best practices for identity, access, and data protection across Azure and 365.
* Collaborate closely with internal service desk, network, and security teams to resolve complex incidents and fulfil project requirements.
* Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides to maintain a high standard of knowledge sharing.
* Stay informed on emerging Azure and 365 features, bringing recommendations to enhance the service catalogue.## Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar infrastructure or cloud support role, ideally within an MSP or enterprise IT environment.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (compute, networking, storage, security) and Microsoft 365 administration.
* Solid scripting skills in Power Shell for automation and configuration management.
* Hands-on knowledge of cloud security principles, including identity management (Azure AD/Entra ), conditional access, and threat protection.
* Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures, on-premises/cloud connectivity, and migration strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with both technical colleagues and non-technical clients.

Candidates holding Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or Microsoft 365 Certified:
Enterprise Administrator Expert will stand out.
