Location: City of Edinburgh
Nat West Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Mainframe Scrum Master to drive delivery of infrastructure projects on the bank's Mainframe platform. You will coach the team, remove impediments, facilitate meetings, and protect the team from distractions while collaborating with the product owner to maintain a healthy backlog.
The role requires proven Scrum adoption, servant leadership, and strong understanding of mainframe infrastructure.
