We are looking for a motivated Field Services Engineer to support a large-scale IT device refresh programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who enjoys providing hands-on technical support, resolving user issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll be responsible for supporting end-user computing devices, workplace technologies, and associated IT services while working in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Location: Edinburgh (Onsite)

Contract: 6 Months Fixed-Term Contract (Initial)

IR35: Inside IR35

Security Clearance: UK National (Q1 Clearance Required)

Key Responsibilities

Build, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop devices.
Support a large-scale device refresh programme.
Provide onsite technical support for end users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Support Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments.
Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications.
Maintain and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
Provide basic Active Directory administration.
Assist with onsite data centre "hands and eyes" support.
Record and manage incidents using IT Service Management tools.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting agreed SLAs....
