You will act as a trusted technical expert across the product portfolio, troubleshooting issues and supporting product performance while collaborating with Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
You will respond to enquiries, interpret drawings and installation docs, and provide guidance to customers and internal teams to improve quality and customer experience.
