XCM is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Lead to own and evolve our cloud engineering stack in the UK. You will work hands-on across Azure, Kubernetes, automation and reliability, taking ownership, investigating issues, and driving improvements. A strong foundation in cloud, Dev Ops, and communication is essential.
You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Data and Product teams, and grow into a senior/lead role as our cloud platform matures.
