• Executive Leadership Client Engagement Serve as the strategic onsite leader for the AWS Launchpad engagement
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business technology and transformation stakeholders
• Drive executive governance steering committee discussions programme reviews and roadmap alignment
• Align AWS GenAI investments with business outcomes and enterprise transformation objectives
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery adoption and platform related challenges
• AWS GenAI Platform Industrialisation Lead the industrialisation of Amazon Bedrock and Agent Core capabilities across the enterprise Define operating models governance frameworks security controls and adoption standards Establish reusable patterns accelerators deployment frameworks and best practices for GenAI implementations Drive enterprise wide enablement and onboarding of GenAI use cases Ensure alignment with responsible AI compliance security and risk management requirements
• AWS Launchpad Leadership Provide strategic guidance on AWS Launchpad methodology and adoption framework Partner with AWS teams enterprise architects and platform engineering teams to accelerate value realisation Govern implementation roadmaps and ensure successful transition from pilot initiatives to production grade platforms Drive measurable business outcomes through platform standardisation and operational excellence
• Programme Governance Delivery Oversight Own programme health financial governance risk mitigation and delivery success Lead cross functional global teams comprising architects Dev Ops engineers AI engineers and business stakeholders Define KPIs adoption metrics and value realisation frameworks Ensure successful execution of platform enhancement and enterprise rollout initiatives

• Strong working knowledge of AWS Launchpad Amazon Bedrock Agent Core AWS Cloud Services Enterprise GenAI Adoption Frameworks
• Proven experience leading large scale cloud and AI transformation programmes
• Extensive executive stakeholder management experience
• Experience with in Insurance Financial Services or highly regulated industries
• Strong understanding of AI governance security compliance and risk management
