New Collaborative Learning Trust is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join the IT Support Team, providing first-line support to staff and students on campus.
You will monitor support calls, troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist with password changes, printer credits and general IT administration. Clinical focus on user support and inventory accuracy will drive daily tasks.
