The Scottish Government is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the ICT Support team, delivering 1st Line help to around 20,000 SCOTS users. You will provide technical guidance to project teams and help ensure reliable ICT services across government.
The role is based in Edinburgh (Saughton House) with a rota that includes two days in the office each week; hours are 08:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00–15:30 Friday. Some travel between SG buildings may be required.
