Stellar Omada is seeking a Business Analyst with proven Amazon Connect expertise to support a live AWS Chat migration programme. This hands-on, data-focused role will partner with team leaders to embed new reporting capabilities and drive adoption of the new webchat platform.
Responsibilities include extracting data from Amazon Connect, building Quick Sight reports, validating migration data, and upskilling leaders to read and act on the dashboards. Remote UK candidates will be considered.
