Estamos buscando Agile Scrum Master para atuar em um time de suporte e melhorias SAP ECC, com entregas organizadas em sprints e atendimento a diferentes áreas de negócio.
Principais atividades:- Facilitar cerimônias Scrum (Planning, Daily, Review e Retrospective);
- Apoiar o gerenciamento e priorização do backlog junto aos stakeholders;
- Acompanhar a execução das demandas de suporte e melhorias SAP;
- Garantir a remoção de impedimentos e apoiar a evolução contínua do time;
- Coordenar alinhamentos com times globais, principalmente da Noruega e Índia;
- Apoiar atividades relacionadas a Basis, integrações, transportes e Change Requests;
- Acompanhar métricas ágeis e promover boas práticas de trabalho colaborativo.
- Conhecimento em Scrum e metodologias ágeis;
- Perfil organizado, proativo e com boa capacidade de gestão e comunicação;
- Experiência em coordenação de times e acompanhamento de entregas;
- Inglês avançado, com boa comunicação escrita e participação em reuniões internacionais;
- Desejável conhecimento em SAP ECC.
