Senior Project Manager Edinburgh - Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite £60k - £70k  Benefits Manufacturing/Agriculture We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a global organisation undergoing significant technology change. With a lean IT team of around 35 people and only two other Project Managers, this is a role with real ownership, visibility and scope to make an impact.

Importantly, this isn't an environment where everything is already mapped out for you. There is an opportunity to introduce and improve project processes, governance and controls, so it would particularly suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to an evolving environment. The role Manage a portfolio of approximately 3-4 concurrent IT projects, taking them from initiation through to implementation and go-live Play a leading role in a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation programme Focus on both technical delivery and business readiness, ensuring users and locations are prepared for change Work directly with stakeholders to gather, challenge and document requirements, particularly where dedicated Business Analyst resource isn't available Introduce and continuously improve project governance, processes, reporting and controls Maintain RAID logs and provide clear, concise project reporting What we're looking for Strong experience delivering IT implementation and business application projects Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A hands-on approach to requirements gathering and business analysis Experience establishing or improving project governance, processes and controls Confidence managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and third-party suppliers A strong understanding of business readiness, change and user adoption

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be highly advantageous Exposure to manufacturing or agriculture would be particularly relevant, although candidates from other sectors will absolutely be considered Familiarity with the wider Microsoft ecosystem, such as Power Platform, Azure Dev Ops or MS Project, would be beneficial This is a great opportunity for a PM who enjoys ownership, variety and building structure, rather than operating within a large function where everything is already defined.
