A small Scottish Financial Services organisations is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team on an initial 6-month Contract
. Joining an existing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for enabling effective Agile delivery across the organisation by embedding Scrum Practices, coaching key stakeholders and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Working with Product Owners, Technology Leads and several Business Stakeholders, this role will focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers & improving delivery flow, and to be successful, we're seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:
