Location: Remote – UK (Must be open to travel when required)

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AI & Data Product Manager to define product strategy, drive AI-powered business transformation, and deliver value through modern data platforms and Generative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization for Data & AI products.
- Identify and prioritize AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation opportunities with business stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Lead product discovery, business case development, value estimation, and prioritization.
- Drive AI use cases involving Copilot, AI Agents, RAG, Knowledge Assistants, Intelligent Automation, and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, and business teams.
- Own product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product releases.
- Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and business value.
- Experience as an AI Product Owner, Data Product Owner, Product Manager, or Management Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Git Hub Copilot, Claude, Databricks Mosaic AI, and MLflow.
- Knowledge of Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, analytics, and modern cloud data platforms.
- Experience developing product strategies, business cases, investment proposals, and executive-level presentations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Industrial sector experience is desirable.
