Private Client Solicitor (3+ years') – Edinburgh

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a respected team in Edinburgh. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with individuals, families and rural or high-net-worth clients on estate, succession and tax planning matters.

The Opportunity:

You will advise on estate planning, trusts, succession structures, asset protection and estate administration, collaborating with colleagues across property, business law, charities, family, employment and litigation to deliver holistic, joined-up advice. The position offers meaningful client contact and the chance to build trusted long‑term relationships.

Both full‑time and part‑time applicants are welcome and hybrid working is supported.

About You:

• 3+ years' PQE (Scotland or England & Wales) with private client experience
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trusts, succession or tax matters
• A discreet, empathetic communicator who enjoys client-facing work
• Confident managing varied workloads with a collaborative approach
• STEP qualified or willing to complete the diploma (funded)
