We are looking for a Paralegal with Funds experience/expertise who appreciates the endless possibilities that working as a freelancer can offer. Vario can offer the opportunity for graduates and aspiring future lawyers to take on interesting and challenging work as part of the team within Pinsent Masons or alternatively based with our clients supporting an in-house legal team.

We're actively supporting a client with a contract role and are seeking consultants with specific experience to join our Flexible Services Hub:

• Demonstrable experience of working with UK Funds - either through private practice or in-house experience.
• You will be comfortable with paralegal duties such as liaising with third parties, drafting communications, managing filings, editing documents and preparing bibles etc.
• To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to be on site in Edinburgh 3 days per week and immediately available.
