Conekt Legal is partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit an associate or senior associate to join a highly regarded and growing Scottish Real Estate team within a leading UK legal practice.
This is a fantastic role for an ambitious real estate lawyer who wants high-quality work, excellent client exposure, and the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative team with a strong reputation in the market.
This role would suit an experienced real estate solicitor with between 4 to 10 years PQE.

The Opportunity
You’ll advise on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including:
- High-value acquisitions and disposals
- Funding and investment work across a broad range of real estate assets
The team acts for an impressive client base including occupiers, developers, funders, landlords and tenants, and works across a variety of sectors such as institutional, telecoms, corporate, retail and public sector.
This role offers genuine variety, strong responsibility, and the chance to build deeper client relationships while progressing within an established platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad caseload of commercial real estate matters
- Delivering high-quality legal advice with a strong commercial focus
- Working confidently with clients and contributing to long-term relationships
- Drafting and negotiating documentation to a high standard
- Supporting wider team activity and collaborating closely with senior colleagues
About You
- 4–10 years’ PQE in general commercial real estate
- Confident managing your own workload and prioritising effectively
- Strong technical skills and a commercial, pragmatic approach
- Experience working closely with Partners and wider support teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and committed to high standards
