This Legal 500 Corporate team is seeking a Senior Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their vibrant Glasgow team.

- Working with this Legal 500-recognised Corporate team, you will gain exposure to high-quality work with a diverse range of clients. Dealing with SMEs, multinational giants, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs, you will assist with the full range of Corporate activity in a caseload which provides both national and locally rooted work.
- M&A, scale-ups, funding, commercial contracts, equity investments, restructuring: you will have the freedom to manage your own client base and assist with the full life cycle of corporate transactions.
- You will work alongside Partners who have received individual independent recognition as leaders in their field, and as such, this is an unmatched opportunity to learn directly from some of the best Corporate lawyers in the country.
- The successful candidate will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in Corporate and take a real step forward in their career.
- Has 2+ years PQE in Corporate law
- Strong commercial awareness and good general knowledge of company law and corporate transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
- Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
