Dealing with SMEs, multinational giants, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs, you will assist with the full range of Corporate activity in a caseload which provides both national and locally rooted work.
• M&A, scale-ups, funding, commercial contracts, equity investments, restructuring: you will have the freedom to manage your own client base and assist with the full life cycle of corporate transactions.

• Has 2+ years PQE in Corporate law
• Strong commercial awareness and good general knowledge of company law and corporate transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
