Employment Lawyer (3-5 years)

A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced employment lawyer to join its growing Employment team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop their career within a high-performing UK-wide employment practice.

About the Role

You will work on a broad range of employment law matters, including:

• HR advisory work for UK and international clients
• Employment tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
• TUPE, outsourcing, restructuring and redundancy advice
• Employment support on corporate and commercial transactions
• Drafting contracts, policies, handbooks and due diligence reports
• Contributing to global HR projects across the wider international network
• Delivering client training and supporting business development initiatives

This role offers you exposure to complex, high-quality work across sectors such as retail, transport, hospitality, technology and professional services.

About You

The firm is seeking a candidate with:

• Solid experience across core employment law matters
• Strong advisory and litigation skills
• Confidence handling tribunal claims, grievances and disciplinary issues
