An established and highly reputable legal and estate agency based in central Edinburgh is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their close-knit team. This role offers a supportive environment with a focus on professional growth and client satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work directly with the Private Client Partner, managing a varied caseload of Executries, Wills, and Powers of Attorney from start to finish.
• Assist on diverse, often high-value and complex cases.
• Provide occasional support to the Residential Conveyancing team during busy periods, broadening your experience.
• Engage in client interactions, ensuring a warm and professional service.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Private Client Paralegal, particularly in handling Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
