Restructuring Solicitor (2-5 years')

A highly regarded firm looking to appoint a solicitor (2-5 years' PQE) to join its established Restructuring & Insolvency team in Edinburgh.

This opportunity focuses on non-contentious restructuring matters, advising lenders, corporates, insolvency practitioners and key stakeholders on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

You will support partners on strategic mandates while managing your own matters. The role will include:

• Corporate and group restructurings
• Refinancings and debt restructuring transactions
• Business and asset sales out of insolvency
• Formal insolvency processes including administrations, liquidations and CVAs
• Drafting and negotiating transactional documentation
• Coordinating input from banking, corporate, real estate, tax and employment teams

This role would suit a commercially minded solicitor with strong technical grounding in non-contentious restructuring or insolvency work. Experience advising lenders and/or insolvency practitioners would be advantageous.
