This innovative and fast‑growing fintech company is seeking a Legal Counsel with strong commercial and financial services experience to join their high‑performing legal team. Scottish solicitors seeking an in‑house MVE and London relocation are encouraged to apply.

You’ll work closely with the GC and wider business teams to drive business growth, deliver strategic legal advice, and manage complex transactions.

This fast‑growing fintech company is revolutionising the financial services landscape with its cutting‑edge technology solutions. The company offers a range of innovative products that cater to both businesses and individuals, making transactions, payments, and financial management more efficient.

You will tackle a wide range of commercial contracts, supporting key stakeholders, product owners, and teams across the business. Acting as a key member of the legal team, you will also cover corporate matters.

You will work on commercial matters from inception to completion, ensuring that all deals are aligned with the technical requirements and business goals, and cover broader in‑house legal issues such as dispute resolution, legal research, policy development and more. You will also resolve issues that arise in existing commercial deals, providing pragmatic, solutions‑focused legal advice to help the business navigate challenges.

• 0–3 PQE, UK Qualified Solicitor
• Experience with in commercial, corporate and regulatory law
• Experience in Fintech or Financial Services
