Service Care Solutions are working with the Litigation Division within SGLD where a opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join the General Litigation Team on a 6-month agency contract. The role involves handling public law litigation before the Court of Session and various Sheriff Court locations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct public law litigation and attend court as required
- Analyse complex case material and legal issues
- Provide clear, high-quality legal advice
- Qualified Scottish Solicitor with proven litigation experience
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build collaborative working relationships
- Ability to communicate complex issues effectively
- Excellent communication and workload management abilities

Location:
Victoria Quay, Edinburgh (Hybrid) with court attendance required.
