Investment Funds Associate, PQE Global Firm

• Global Firm are looking for an Associate with 1 to 5
  
  Years' PQE to join their Tier 1 Investment Funds practice. You can be based from either their Edinburgh or Glasgow office, with hybrid working available (3 days in the office).
• Join a leading practice which advises on the full range of transactional and advisory funds matters, advising private and listed funds across all asset classes on fund establishment and structuring, partnership law, co-investments, schemes of arrangement, M&A, capital raisings, direct investments and group reorganisations. The team also handle funds regulatory work, too.
• One of the most highly regarded Investment Funds teams in the UK (including London). This Firm's fund team works as one, meaning Associates in Scotland get regular exposure to work from London, Europe and the Middle East, all without having to leave Scotland - regularly working across from Magic Circle and US Firms. This team is made up of lawyers who have previously worked at Magic Circle and US Firms in London, and who take the development of their Associates very seriously.
• Market-leading remuneration at a firm which also encourages its Associates to transfer (either on secondment or permanently) to its offices across the world. Associates who started at this team now work from this firm’s offices in the Middle East, US and Europe.
